1. Hover over a category at our navigation bar located at the top of our page. A drop down menu will appear. Please click on which sub-category you are interested in browsing.
2.You can now start shopping by browsing through the catalog you’ve chosen.
3. Details and other options for your selected item will be displayed on the page. Hover your mouse over the photo of the product to be treated to a zoom in look. Once every detail is completed, click on “Add to Cart”
4. To add more items to your cart, simply select "Continue Shopping" or when you're happy with all items available on your cart, click “Proceed to Check Out”.
5. Once you've been redirected to the Shopping Cart Summary, you will see the item you have ordered. You can adjust the quantity of your orders or remove them from your cart. To add more items to your cart, simply select "Continue Shopping". Once done, click on “Proceed to checkout”.
6. If you haven’t registered yet, please input your email address and click “Create an Account”, but if you’re done with the registration, please input your registered email address and password and click “Sign in”.
7. Under Addresses page, please check your registered address for DELIVERY and BILLING. If you have special note on your order, write it on the space provided. Once done, click “Proceed to checkout”.
8. Cliqnship will be the default courier. Please click the checkbox upon agreeing to the Terms and Condition.
9. Please select your preferred payment method. To see instructions for each payment method, go to Payment Instructions. Please note that selecting PayPal, SmartHub MasterCard or DragonPay will automatically direct you to their checkout page.
10. Once done, this will appear and you will receive an email confirmation from us. Thank You for shopping!
How to Pay via Cash on Delivery
1. Select Cash on Delivery on the payment options. Please make sure the delivery address is within the serviceable area. Cash on Delivery is within Metro Manila only.
2. You will be directed to Order Summary page. Please check the important note below. If you are done, click “Confirm my order”.
3. This is a confirmation that your order is now complete. Please check the invoice on your email.
How to Pay via SmartHub Mastercard
1. Select SmartHub Mastercard on the payment options. Selecting SmartHub will automatically direct you to the SmartHub Checkout page.
2. Click “I confirm my order” for order confirmation.
3. This page will appear and click the Mastercard Logo.
4. Enter details needed to be fill in. Then click “Pay Now”.
5. This is a confirmation that your order is now complete. Please check the invoice on your email.
How to Pay via PayPal
1. Select PayPal on the payment options. Selecting Paypal will automatically direct you to the Paypal Checkout page.
2. Check if amount indicated is correct, and then login to your Paypal account.
3. Select your fund source and confirm card and payment details by clicking pay now.
4. Wait for the site to process your payment. This is a confirmation that your order is now complete.
5. Check your email for your Paypal receipt and invoice. There is no need to email it to us as we automatically receive Paypal notifications once a payment has been made to our account.
How to Pay via DragonPay
1. Select DragonPay on the payment options.
2. Click “I confirm my order” for order confirmation.
3. You will be directed to the DragonPay page. Select your preferred fund source from the drop-down menu.
4. Take note of the DragonPay generated reference number. Input your email address to receive payment instructions or simply click on the link provided. Please note instructions for each Fund Source may differ depending on the bank policy.
5. Check your email for the selected fund source-specific instructions and complete your payment accordingly. Please make sure all steps have been followed, otherwise, payment may be rendered invalid.
6. Pay on your selected bank. Please make sure to take note the Bank, DragonPay Reference number, Account Number, Account Name and Amount. When deposit is completed, go to the provided link from the instruction, and fill up the details within the same day to validate.
7. Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive payment confirmation from Dragonpay. This can take up to 24 hours. There is no need to email it to us as we automatically receive Dragonpay notifications once a payment has been successfully confirmed to our account.

IF POSTURE.COM.PH BREACHES THE TOS WE SHALL ONLY BE LIABLE FOR LOSSES WHICH ARE DIRECT LOSSES AND A REASONABLY FORESEEABLE CONSEQUENCE OF SUCH A BREACH. LOSSES ARE FORESEEABLE WHERE, FOR EXAMPLE, THEY COULD BE CONTEMPLATED BY YOU AND POSTURE.COM.PH AT THE TIME OF YOU PLACING YOUR ORDER, AND POSTURE.COM.PH DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER. WE SHALL ONLY BE LIABLE FOR LOSSES UP TO 150% OF THE TOTAL VALUE OF GOODS PURCHASED.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSSES NOT CAUSED BY OUR BREACH OR NEGLIGENCE, INDIRECT LOSSES WHICH ARE A SIDE EFFECT OF THE MAIN LOSS OR DAMAGE AND WHICH ARE NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE BY YOU AND US (FOR EXAMPLE, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY).

AT OUR REQUEST, YOU AGREE TO COMPENSATE US FULLY, DEFEND US AND HOLD US POSTURE.COM.PH HARMLESS IMMEDIATELY ON DEMAND, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS, FROM AND AGAINST ALL LIABILITIES, CLAIMS, EXPENSES, DAMAGES AND LOSSES, INCLUDING LEGAL FEES, ARISING FROM ANY BREACH OF THE TOS BY YOU INCLUDING THE USE BY ANY OTHER PERSONS ACCESSING THIS SITE USING YOUR INTERNET ACCOUNT CAUSED BY YOUR ACTION OR INACTION.

Returns and Exchanges
All items sold in POSTURE.COM.PH goes through our quality control procedures. We inspect every item before it is shipped, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage. Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all our orders with care, we think you will be extremely satisfied with your purchase.
However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we will gladly replace them. If you have a need to return goods to us for whatever reason please email email@example.com outlining the reason for return and request your Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of order receipt, and return your unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your RMA number for an exchange for the same item in a different size or any product that we carry. (Based on stock availability).
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our operations center. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.
Returns do not include shipping postage. If you refuse the order, you will be charged for all shipping, delivery and storage incurred. All returned merchandise must be unopened and in original condition.
Items may also be returned within seven days but the original shipping fee will not be refunded and the shipping fee for the returned item will be shouldered by the buyer. Furthermore, a restocking fee of 20% of the item's value will be charged to the buyer.
Items may be exchanged within seven days with other items for sale in POSTURE.COM.PH. The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the shipping fees for the new item and the item to be exchanged will be shouldered by the buyer.
All merchandise must be returned in the condition they were received and in original packaging.
OUR COMPANY AGREES WITH ALL USERS TO NOT SEND OUT INFORMATION AGAINST OUR OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS, SUBJECT MATTER OR DATA SENT TO US UNLESS REQUIRED TO DO SO BY THE LAW.
